Mac Mini

The smallest of the Apple desktops, Mac Mini, was designed to be affordable, portable, and ease to use. The Mac Mini models began in 2005 and continue to present day with ever better performance. 2008 options include a 1.83GHz and a 2.0GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 2MB and 4 MB shared L2 cache respectively. Hard drives can range up to 120 GB Serial ATA, 5400 rpm. Mac mini's have a front slot loading optical drive. Just connect a display, keyboard, and mouse to have an incredible desktop made for enjoying a digital lifestyle. Output connections for 10/100/1000 BASE-T Ethernet, FireWire, DVI/VGA, USB2.0, and analog and digital audio are standard.

iBook

Apple iBook laptop models were designed to provide a great value for the consumer. Apple developed the iBook from 1999 to 2006 and thereby creating 17+ models. The original models came in five colors and were called the iBook Clamshell Series. In 2001, the iBook was redesigned to a white slim-line shell. Some of the popular models were classified as iBook, iBook G3, and iBook G4. Within each of those categories, there were varying sizes or capacities of LCD display, Hard Disk Drives, memory, connection options, and peripherals.

PowerBook

Apple PowerBook laptop models were designed to provide the performance required by the professional consumer. The PowerBook models were developed from 1999 to 2006 as Apple's high end laptop. During that time, there were several redesigns and major revisions. Some of the popular models were classified as PowerBook, PowerBook G3, and PowerBook G4. Within each of those categories, there were varying sizes or capacities of LCD display, Hard Disk Drives, memory, connection options, and peripherals. More than 17 models were developed.

MacBook

Apple MacBook laptop models were designed to provide the functionality demanded by the value conscience consumer. MacBook models have been developed since 2006. During this time, there have been several revisions. Some of the popular revisions are classified as MacBook 13 inch early 2006, MacBook 13 inch late 2006, MacBook 13 inch mid 2007, and MacBook 13 inch late 2007. The common feature of all of these revisions is the 13 inch LCD display with its glossy finish. Within each of those categories, there are varying sizes or capacities of processors, hard disk drives, memory, connection options, and peripherals. As of early 2008, 4 revisions of the MacBook have been developed by Apple.

MacBook Pro

Apple MacBook Pro laptop models were designed to provide the performance required by the professional consumer. MacBook Pro models have been developed since 2006. During this time, there have been several revisions. Some of the popular revisions are classified as MacBook Pro 17 inch, MacBook Pro 15 inch 2.2 to 2.4GHz, MacBook Pro 17 2.4GHz, MacBook Pro 15 inch Core 2 Duo, and MacBook Pro 17 inch Core 2 Duo. The common feature of all of these revisions is the widescreen LCD display which comes in a 15 or 17 inch size. Within each of these categories, there are varying sizes or capacities of processors, hard disk drives, memory, connection options, and peripherals. As of early 2008, 4 revisions of the MacBook Pro have been developed by Apple.

MacBook Air

Introduced in early 2008, Apple MacBook Air is Apple's innovative solution for a very lightweight laptop that can be enjoyed and appreciated by the mobile consumer. The Air is introduced with the following features. The LCD display is a 13.3 inch glossy and widescreen TFT LCD. The processor can be either a 1.6GHz or 1.8GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, and the memory is a 2GB DDR2 SDRAM. For mobility, the Air has an integrated AirPort Extreme that supports 802.11a/b/g/draft-n wireless connectivity. The MacBook Air is the first Apple laptop to offer an optional Solid State Drive. This 64GB SSD can be used to replace the standard 80GB ATA hard disk drive. To reduce weight, the MacBook Air does not come with a built-in removable media drive. Instead customers may purchase an external USB SuperDrive or connect to the optical drive of another computer with the aid of bundle software.
