Q. What is the Repair Pricing Guide?

A. CherryFusion provides a Repair Pricing Guide at the beginning of the Repair Order process that enables you to determine estimated repair costs. Use the Repair Pricing Guide to preview costs and to inform us what you want repaired. During the repair order, select your desired repairs and shipment options. Your repair selections will be verified during our diagnostic analysis and confirmed with your requests. If the pre-calculated repair estimate expenses do not coincide with those determined by our diagnosis, you will be contacted for repair approval. If your repair request matches our diagnostics and the price of repair is no different, or less, than your pre-calculated cost, then we will process your repair without calling for your approval. We will first attempt to repair your product without the use of parts. If we succeed, we will only apply a minimum charge for the labor cost incurred and shipping costs, if applicable.
