Q. Can CherryFusion save or back-up my music?

A. CherryFusion does not provide this service at this time. We recommend that a backup of all data or information be performed by the customer prior to sending the product for repair. When a unit is malfunctioning and through the course of diagnostics and repair, we might have to perform certain processes that erase the music and other data. For this reason we do not guarantee to return the product with the original music or other information data.
