Q. What if after your diagnostics, I don't want to continue with a repair?

A. If after receiving our affordable quote, you choose not to continue with the repair, we will return the unit to you. At that time, we will only charge your credit card for the shipping costs incurred and diagnostic fees, if applicable. If we happened to repair your unit during our diagnostic analysis process without the use of parts, we will apply a minimal charge for labor only.
