

A. If your cost is more than that provided by our Repair Pricing Guide; our comprehensive diagnostic feedback is made as quickly as possible from when your unit is received. If your cost is less, we will repair your electronic product and return to you per your selected shipping method. Should we not be able to contact you or you have not contacted us for 30 days from the time of placing the order, we will consider the repair order abandoned. At that time, we will charge for shipping costs incurred (if any) and dispose of the item appropriately.
