Q. What are CherryFusion's required packaging guidelines?

A. CherryFusion recommends that you ships through our Convenient Shipping Box solution but should you decide otherwise, we recommend that you use a sturdy shipping box. Enclose your electronic product and wrap with sufficient packaging materials such that the unit is not moving within the box and well protected. Use sufficient packaging tape to seal and secure the box. Affix the RMA Label from the Order Confirmation on the largest side of the box. The shipping costs that we offer are of exceptional value and intended to provide customers with the best shipping solutions. To be able to pass on these prices to our customers, we must impose restrictions to the shipping package used.

We require that our customer who will not purchase our Convenient Shipping Box to use boxes that do not exceed these maximum weight and size specifications:

1. Shipping boxes and packaging materials must NOT weight more than 1 lb.
2. The dimensions multiplied together, (length X width X height), must not exceed those noted in the Box Option specifications.

NOT restricting to the size and weight requirements will cause additional shipping charges for the customer.
