Follow these easy steps:

Step 1: To begin, select the category, brand, and model that identify your electronic product. Preview an estimated repair cost, if you wish. Fill out the requested information and we will take care of the rest. Your order will be followed by a confirmation with instructions and all of the information that you will need to send your broken electronic product to us for diagnosis and repair.

Step 2: Once we receive your electronic product, we will diagnose your problem.
If our pre-calculated repair estimate differs from our diagnosed repair cost:
We will contact you to provide a detailed repair quote and repair cost. If you approve the repair, we will continue with the repair. After we complete the repair, we will charge your credit card and then ship back to you. If you do not approve the repair, we will not repair your electronic product. We will charge you for shipping plus diagnostic charges that apply and return your electronic product to you.

If our pre-calculated repair estimate matches our diagnosed repair cost, or if our diagnosed repair cost is less:
We will not contact you for further approval. We will continue with the repair and charge your credit card after the repair. Then we will ship your repaired unit back to you.
